Pass the Pav, love

My ma made quite an awesome Brown Sugar Pavlova with Coffee Cream the other day. She uses this recipe very loosely, but substitutes the caster sugar with brown and adds a dash of maple syrup which results in a really nice, not to sweet, sticky and light pav.

It was too pretty to not show you guys.
