A little while ago I did a post over at the lovely HomeHeaven.com.au on how to make your own haloumi.
All I can say is making cheese at home is easy peasy japaneasy and nowhere near as fiddly as you think. All it really requires is a bit of patience (which is not my forte) and a whole lotta delicious milk. Give it a go!
